Art Soiree Winter Wonderland and Fete des Lumières

I've been involved with Art Soiree in the DC area and they have many events throughout the year. They work with emerging artists working with varying art mediums to encourage them in their development of skills. Through events they attempt to cultivate a greater awareness, understanding and appreciation of art in a variety of forms. Art Soiree presents programs that enhance the experience of every guest, whether a spectator or an art critic, that they may experience art in a unique way. There were a couple very big Art Soiree events in December that I photographed: Winter Wonderland and Fete des Lumières.

On December 6 from 8pm to 3am, guests were invited to a Winter Wonderland produced and presented by Art Soiree. Echostage in DC was a superb venue for this unique art show with live bodyart, dance performances, live music, DJ, singing, visual effects, video art and a light show. Fete des Lumières | Georgetown - Official Opening Night
 
On December 13, 2013 it was the official opening night party to celebrate the launch of the world-renowned Fete des Lumières. Guests descended upon Georgetown DC as Fete des Lumières made its U.S. debut with public art and light installations.
