December 2: Andy Zipf and crew were in town for another extraordinary show at the Arlington Cinema and Drafthouse which is a venue that hosts movies and concerts while having guests sit down in comfortable chairs and being served food and drink. Andy Zipf rented out the cinema and it was time to celebrate.
I was one of the first 50 people at the show, so I got a copy of the album for the price of admittance. I was also going to take some pictures of the concert, so of course I wanted to be there early anyways. I got to rove around and have access to much of the space to cover the show. Damion Suomi and Lauris Vidal opened the show.
If you've ever seen Andy Zipf in concert you'll know it's extraordinary. Andy's show consisted of solid music, stirring lyrics, ethereal vocals, and a flood of psychedelic visual imagery that makes this show a veritable treat for the senses. Andy just signed on with P is for Panda, a record label and a clothing/t-shirt company. Check out Andy's website for more of Andy.
